At Transactix, we're on a mission to build Canada's next-generation payments infrastructure through CADX™ and the Open Value Network™. We're scaling fast, building core infrastructure, and charting new territory in stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital value transfer. We are looking for a Product Manager to join us as we expand the capabilities of our Open Value Network and scale our CADX stablecoin offering. In this role, you will be the bridge between our blockchain engineering teams and our commercial goals. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you will be helping to define and articulate the architecture that allows us to move value across currencies, crypto, and reward systems in real-time.
- Product Ownership: Own the product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with our Open Value Network™ mission and broader business goals
- Strong Communications: Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical specifications, working closely with blockchain and platform engineering teams
- Customer Discovery: Talk to customers and partners to understand their pain points. Translate complex needs into simple, intuitive platform features that drive value and adoption
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the Canadian fintech landscape. Understand what our competitors are doing, and define how Transactix can offer superior value
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the "glue" between Engineering, Legal, and Compliance. Ensure the product vision is clear and achievable, while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the development cycle
- 5+ years of product management experience within the fintech or blockchain industries
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, payment rails (e.g., ISO 8583, ACH), and digital asset custody infrastructure
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences — from boards of directors and marketing teams to customers
- Solid understanding of Canadian financial frameworks (e.g., MSB, Securities) and a demonstrated track record of collaborating with compliance teams to build compliant, secure products
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating market insights into actionable product requirements
- Proven capacity to make high-stakes decisions while thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
