About Transactix · Built in Canada

Sovereign railsfor Canadian value.

Building the financial infrastructure Canada will need in twenty years, making every unit of value programmable, compliant, and instant.

01About Transactix

Digital value that moves on Canadian terms.

Transactix is a Canadian infrastructure company on a mission to make every unit of value programmable, compliant, and instant. We’re building the financial infrastructure Canada will need in twenty years through the Open Value Network™: a sovereign, interoperable settlement infrastructure designed for the next generation of digital finance.

Our core ethos is creating digital value that moves on Canadian terms using a modernized tech stack. Our stablecoin CADX™ and settlement infrastructure are designed from the ground up for Canadian institutions, Canadian regulators, and Canadian sovereignty.

02Our Story

It started with a wire transfer.

Like most people who’ve moved money internationally, CEO Ali Abou Daya has done it dozens of times. Every time, he had the same experience. Excessive fees. Arbitrary delays. Exchange rates designed to extract value at every step.

In Canada it’s worse than most people realize. Canadians pay up to $250 more per person in banking fees than consumers in comparable countries. DeFi protocols were quietly paying 4% to 7% yields on the same dollar. This gap is a design choice made by people with no incentive to fix it. That frustration became a question. If information moves instantly and for free, why doesn’t money?

The answer we found isn’t technical. The technology exists. The answer is structural. The rails money moves on were built by institutions that profit from friction. Every unnecessary fee, every artificial delay, every opaque exchange rate is revenue for someone who built the system to work exactly that way.

Transactix exists to build a different system. Native Canadian rails, built from the ground up to move value the way value should move. Instantly, transparently, and on terms that serve the person sending money, not the institution in the middle.

That’s what we’re building. That’s why we started.
